Josiah Teague: Territorial Agent IX

Was it possible the existence of the remnants of an entire clan had been… erased? Where could 207 reservation vamps have gone to beyond Bureau control? This was beyond simple tampering. The mere thought was inconceivable and yet the reality of it was simply indisputable.

Teague kept his mouth shut and rode out two days later, taking the time en route to weigh his options. As he drew ever closer to his destination, he realized the only course he could pursue to set things to rights.

His Bureau training was the answer. From day one, it was preached that not just anyone could be a Territorial Agent. To be an agent meant to forego one's private agenda and act for the betterment and protection of both species above all other concerns. He was Humanity's agent to the vamps but, more importantly, he was the vamps only voice to Humanity.

  1. If I was a group of vamps, where would I hide?
