Room For Recovery

A light rain had just begun to fall as Protector Rand watched his troops moving amongst the still-smoldering ruins of the seditious Artists’ Enclave. Their rebellion quashed, Rand left nothing of them to remember at all.

This story was written for the weeklyTrifextra Writing Challenge. The challenge was to create a story of 36 words incorporating three prompt words: remember, rain & rebellion along with 33 words of the writer's choosing. I opted to make my entry a resolution to my previous entry: A Surgical Solution.
